About Me

Hi! I’m Dr. Monica Dayanand, and I am so glad you’re here.

One of my biggest passions in life is helping other busy women and couples navigate how to live healthy lives while creating happier families and balancing it all! My methods for accomplishing this include giving evidence-based resources along with comprehensive, fully customized, and efficient treatment plans that help guide and empower people to have healthier, more balanced bodies and minds.

When she is not working you may find her hanging out with her family and fur-baby. In addition, she enjoys traveling, photography, as well as flipping around with friends in the Acroyoga community.
